What's the best wheel cleaner for 2003 Honda accord ex rims?

Hello all,



I have a 2003 Honda accord ex and the rims will not come clean. I have tried a few name brand products but they really haven't helped. The rims are not smooth or clear coated. They Have a texture to them that seems to keep the dirt in. Can anybody recommend a good cleaner?

P21 total auto wash works well, then hit them with some clay.

Jack, welcome aboard! How many years has it been since the wheels were cleaned?

Well they get cleaned when it gets washed but not super cleaned. They seam to have some kind of build up on them that soap does not remove.

The build-up might be burnt into the clear coat. If that is the case it might be hard to remove.



Wheel Brightener is about the strongest stuff you can buy. It is awesome.
