Volvo C70 Very Bad Trunk (14 Pics)

The trunk on this C70 was terrible...the pictures show the scratches. It was like someone set a box on top and moved it around a million times. Pictures didn't turn out great...



Process:

Wash

Clay

Laserbuff

Deep Crystal Polish

Butter Wet-Wax



*Just placed an order for some EZ-Creme Glaze from Chemical Guys and they are amazing. The gallon size isn't out yet for EZ-Creme yet they filled one up for me. Also sent me two replacement for my tire dressing applicator that went bad. Amazing service and they'll get a ton of my business.

After: Two of the larger scratches are way through the clear coat but I got the rest out pretty well. The rest are only visible barely under certain light.

That's a sweet Volvo....one of my faves.

Yeah, it's funny how people use their trunks as shelves, last year I was driving by and saw a guy with a new black G35 slide a case of bottled water off his trunk like that...great recovery on the Volvo!

Yeah they loved it especially the interior (didn't do anything special and it wasn't that dirty to begin with). I hope they don't send it back with a ton more scratches... :nono
 
The car looks really good overall, very nice and wet!



Hard to tell how the scratches came out without the same exact angle but as I have found, depending on lighting it isn't always easy.

The pictures taken with the flash didn't show anything but a weird looking pale blue and a white background...I added the Jesal (that's his name)part because he's apart of my local forum and constantly tries to make me look bad/put me down. I don't think I was acting like an ******* and I don't see your place in stepping in.

I only bust your balls because your after pics are never with a flash/light or in direct sunlight. Yet your before pictures ALWAYS are. I mean for example, these after pics are behind clouds. You can tell there was sunlight that day, you should have just waited till the clouds passed and took a pic.



And since you charge forum members (even though its cheap) i think you should show everything. Its sorta false advertising. :hifive:
