UK People - How do you wash your MFs?

This is mainly to the people in the UK. No offence to anyone else! But how do you wash your MF Towels? Do you hand wash them or use a washing machine? Also what detergent do you use to clean them? Liquid or Powder (i.e. Persil etc?)

I just bung them in the washing machine with some liquid bold



P.S Homebase are selling a packet of three for a fiver,there not bad thinner than some
 
Oh ok, fair enough. Do you wash them all at the same temperature? I have about 5 or 6 at the moment, from different places, and they all have varying wash temperatures on, ranging from 40 degrees to 90!
 
Clare, there is a number of threads on this which might be of some help.



I would not wash them all together. For example, if you have used some to remove wax and others to remove plastic polish you could get some crossover. I hand wash-soak first to remove most of the gunge before mixing them in the machine. Maybe I go a little over the top :nixweiss



Dont put the temp to high, I use 40-50 with no problems. Never use a conditioner as it will ruin the fibres. Oxi-Clean is a good product, also good for cleaning carpets and seats etc.
