Lake Country

Where's your source for this info? I won't deny that the Uber pads look very similar to LC pads, so I wouldn't be surprised if Phil gets them made by LC. But, I'm not one to assume things. And if they are made by LC, how do they differ from their direct line of flat pads...just the dye color?

There are so many brands of pads out there, but so few actual manufacturers. It somewhat like flat panel TVs...loads of brands and only a couple of LCD manufacturers.

I just used reasoning and common sense. LC is a major player if not the major playing in the pad manufacturing in our hobby in the US. Phil is/was a huge proponent of the orange/white/black and correspondingly made his labeled pads just about the same with the exceptions of color.

Obviously the only difference would be on this template the hole in the middle(for I would assume edge adapters or a hollowing) is not filled in but shown as an option. Either way the new raised backing attachment is on the ubers, and all the new LC pads for other "branded" pads.

Same reason CG pads are made by LC, the same all the other vendor branded pads. Some choose say "by lake country mfg" or something to that effect. Others choose not to say and to market as if they manufactured them themselves.

Another example would be CMA and PAC pads, blackfire applicators etc... LC manufactures them, no doubt.

They are the company in US foam pad manufacturing right now...

Lake Country is not the source. I bet 2 cents on Buff and Shine...

flat foam pads, flat foam buffing pads, car polishing foam flat pads, DA foam 5.5" pads, flex foam pads, pc foam pads, megs g110 flat foam pads, 5.5" detailing foam pads

It looks like American Buffing, cyclo, uber, Adams, Buff and Shine, nd a few others come from the same source.
