I am sure you do that's how you remove the BP on a dual action PC



but we are talking about a makita rotary!

the only other idea I have is two people

one on the makita holding it and the button

the other with both hands on the BP

I had this issued with the last BP I took off..I ended up cutting all the rubber away down to the core, and just gripping on with vice grips to get the piece off the male end of the makita...If you're fine with destroying the BP...Mine was ruined anyways, so no big loss.
