Swirls in Powder coat paint work

Hi



I've got a 2003 MCC Smart Pulse which has a powder coated back tridon (safety cell)



It's got some swirl marks on it which after my last stint on detailing the car I used Meguiars Show Glaze, this covered most of them.



Would Scratch X be too harmful on powdercoat or would it put more scratches etc into the paint?
