So today I tried Zymol liquid wax..

But using your analogy, how many people that start out buying Meg's OTC products actually step up to their Detailer or MG lines? IMO 1%. I started out with the MG line years ago, and only later bought their OTC products because I knew the Meguiar's name. People who buy their detailing products at Wal-Mart aren't the ones who seek out better products, except for that 1%. And yes, we could go round and round on this, so I'm going to agree to disagree. Happy Turkey Day!

Me also. Because this can go on and on.

lol..

But the stang looks gorgeous! I just wasn't too impressed with it. Plus I just love using paste wax over liquid.

I have a few more waxes to try since I just got my order w/ P21S, Natty's blue, CK VM, and FK Pink.

If you knew about the good stuff, then why the heck did you use Zymol cleaner wax. :hmph:

:dance

.... it smelled good.. thought by chance since it was zymol it may be decent. And I was still waiting on my stuff to be shipped

Does that really make sense from a marketing standpoint? How many people buying wax at Wal-Mart would ever buy wax in the manner they have to to get a higher end Zymol? But there are perhaps more people who went to a car show and saw a cool car waxed with Zymol and recognize the name when they're in W-M. IMO opinion you don't use low-end product to get name recognition to sell high-end product, you sell high-end product to get name recognition for your low end product...in the same way Ford races to get people to buy street cars...not to move them up to buying race cars or GT's. Just my $.02 :nixweiss

I'm gonna have to agree with Setec Astronomy. His argument makes more sense. For me personally, when I first saw the Zymol cleaner wax in the store, I recognized their brand only because I had heard that they have expensive products (I didn't know anything about Vintage, Royale, Solaris, etc.). And because I didn't realize it was manufactured by TW, it made me think "hmmm, $10 doesn't seem as expensive as I thought it would be."
