Poorboy's World Products

It isn't a case of must, I just thought I should. I planned on adding $8 for the shipping of my gallon of Spray & Wipe.

There really is no problem on my part. I just like to keep my bills current. I also know that in the middle of a personal crisis, it's awfully hard to remember that the bills keep coming.

I guess I will wait a week and see what transpires.

Thanks,

Charles :wavey

Charles, I understand how you feel. When I did not get the invoice with the products I was very concerned. But Steve PM after I inquired about the bill and stated that it would follow soon after. I received it on Monday and promptly returned a check. I really can not speak for Steve but it might be easier for his bookkeeping to have check that matches an invoice. Thank goodness there are people like yourself who will go out of their own way to help a friend during a crisis.:xyxthumbs

I got a chance to use my Bold N Brite today. Very nice product, I just squirted some on my terry app and rubbed it on the tire and moved right along. It gave it flat look, with a hint of gloss. I bet if I had gone over it again with another application these puppies would have sparkled.

:up

I have yet to use my spray and wipe however. I'd like to know "on average" how much product to do a car (Yeah I know that varies on *HOW* dirty the car is)

Thanks much for the deal Poorboy, I sent you payment earlier this week and hopefully it's found it's way to you.

Best wishes with your family too.

I used my Bold and Brite today as well. I used a cotton cloth to apply it. It went on evenly, it does not feel sticky or greasy and smells faintly like Vinylex. I will report back in about a week on its durability. Initially, I give it a thumbs up, compared to 303, the consistency is thicker which I like and the gloss is more like Vinylex without the greasiness during application.:xyxthumbs

You definitely have that right. So far I have used Spray & Wipe on two cars, neither of which were really dirty. Just a little road spray that combined with the dust to make me leery of a QD. The first one, I used about 4 oz. of product, the second one only used 2 oz. I use a spray bottle with graduations marked on the side and I made a point of checking of how much I used after I was finished. I made no effort to use less product, just sprayed enough to feel comfortable with it. One vehicle has 2 coats of AIO with 2 coats of S100 over it. The other one has 2 x AIO with 2 x Platinum UPP over it. Both are pretty easy to clean.

Right now, I would give it a thumbs up for moderately dirty vehicles. If my car was really dirty, I would first hit the spray wand wash to knock off the real crud.

Hello Everyone,

Things have not been good with my daughter. She is currently in the hospital again for a high grade fever. She has also been losing a lot of weight and the last two days has brought us a loss of hair, which is heartbreaking. She is losing large amounts in a very short time. For those who have questions or who have placed orders, please be patient and I'm sorry they will not be sent out before Christmas. If and when things get a bit more normal I will resume shipping. Charles W. I will eventually get to the invoices, sorry for the delay.

Thanks everyone for the support and prayers

Steve,

The autopian prayers will continue...... We are all praying for your daughter.

Hello Autopians,

We will be going back to the hospital tomorrow for further chemo and will be possibly have an operation too to install a feeding tube into her stomach....I have recently been contacted by a few autopians that were afraid my offer would expire at the end of the month (which was the Original plan). Since there is no telling what life has in store for me and my family...the 50% off offer stands for all first time buyers...no time limit ....as of yet (probably spring sometime) thanks again for you prayers and support

Just used Poorboy’s Polish with 100% Carnauba wax today on a 57 T-Bird. Car was in direct sun and it reached 75° today. Picture shows the trunk of the car with right side after polish/waxing and the left side is without. Product was applied by PC using a CMA white polishing pad. To remove the layer of oxidization, two coats/passes where required per section. Had no problem applying and let sit tell hazing was evident and then buffed off with MF towel by hand. No effort at all to remove and very little to none for dusting. I know white is not a good test subject but it left a nice smooth finish and was very reflective. I will try this product on other colors as the opportunity presents it’s self. So far, I am very pleased with the results and ease of use of this product.

Keep up the good work Steve.

Well, I had the opportunity to try Poorboy’s Polish with 100% Carnauba in it on a darker colored car. This dark blue PT Cruiser.

Here are the products used.

QEW, Clay, Poorboy’s Spray & Wipe window and chrome clean, EF Black Opal tire dress and waxed with Poorboy’s Polish with 100% Carnauba.

This car was buffed by the body shop and I used Poorboy’s and my PC to remove the swirl marks. I found that the Meguiars Red heavy cut pad worked very well for this application. I was able to clean it up and wax it all in one easy application. The shop and the customer where both very pleased with the results. Thanks Steve.

And on the same day, I got to clean this little toy, a 2002 GT2 911 Porsche. It had water spots all over the hood, fenders and the front.

Here are the products used.

QEW, Poorboy’s Spray & Wipe window and wheel clean, EF Black Opal tire dress and waxed with Poorboy’s Polish with 100% Carnauba.

I used Poorboy’s and a 100% terry cloth towel to remove the water spots by hand from the whole front area. The owner didn’t want the whole car waxed, just clean up the water spots (he said). Must be nice to have that kind of money and not really care about it. LOL

Thanks Steve, for making this great little product.

PS, Best whishes and God Bless you and your family.

Wow Cola Bear you are really cooking out there....I think you have figured out how to use the stuff as well if not better than me:shocked those pics are awesome....

Brought my daughter home late last night...strange thing how we always seem to come home at night when it's cold and snowing??

Thanks again to all for support and prayers

Hi Steve,

Glad to hear she is back home. Hope things are slowly improving and this setback will soon just be a terrible blip in your family's memory. Tell her that her never met friend from Virginia sends his hellos and prayers. :wavey

Poorboy after watching my sister go through chemo I just want to wish you and yours the best. Like your daughter she lost all her hair, so I shaved mine. It breaks my heart thinking about it, so take care of her and yourself and my prayers go out to you all.

Edwin thanks so much for the prayers and good wishes

emanon ....so sorry to hear of your sister..I've been through that one too unfortunately it ended about 4 years ago, at age 42

we appreciate the support and prayer from all.

Hi, Steve

Our prayers for Your family

P.S. I've sent You a check for the great product:up

Here is another car I waxed with Poorboy’s Polish with 100% Carnauba. It’s a dark blue 81 Benz wagon with a Chevy V8 conversion. Killer Stereo and AMP set up inside too. What a cool cruiser (I got to drive it).

Here are the products used.

QEW, Poorboy’s Spray & Wipe window and wheel clean, Meg’s #39 & #40 Vinyl/rubber clean and treat, APC+ interior clean, EF Black Opal tire dress and waxed with Poorboy’s Polish with 100% Carnauba.

I used Poorboy’s with a PC and a Meg’s Red cutting foam pad. (When I get some time, I’ll try Poorboy’s with a wool pad just to see if that will improve the cutting and polishing capabilities.)

Thanks again Steve.

Best whishes and God Bless.
