New Mothers Paste Wax beta-test

Mothers is developing a new pre-softened (not my favourite form, prefer ol'skool hard-cake paste :) ) paste wax under the FX label.



As those who've tried it know, FX liquid wax is an excellent product (bettered by Reflections IMO).

Not really. *Better* regarding appearance is a personal preference thing. *My* preference is for the Reflections look. Has more of a carnauba look to it for a sealant. More depth. FX is more bright and blingy. Some prefer that look.



As far as durability and ease of use, they're very similar. Both trim-friendly. Both great sealants.
 
I'm a big fan of FX liquid. It has a bright, reflective Zaino-like look, albeit with a bit less durability. Very interested in the wax.

Easier (and cheaper) to use though.
 
I use Pre-wax cleaner for a lot of things, chrome, plastic chrome and general paint cleaner.

Fun stuff! I can't believe it comes with a free applicator pad! That's amazing! That right there pushes me over the fence. Gotta get me some! :LOLOL

I think they'd sell a lot more if they renamed the FX series to Mother's Intense Luster Finish line. MILF for short. Think of all the young guys that would buy it just based on the name :P



But seriously, I want to try this stuff out. It probably will be a very similar product to NXT paste, but I bet it'll look nice with the California Gold Carnauba Paste.



I wonder if the applicator is foam or MF. I didn't think Mothers had any foam applicators. And I don;t really like MF applicators because they gunk up from the wax very quickly.
