New Foam Gun For Under $10 Bucks.... Pics

I found this at Target. It's made by VROOM and if you've ever used there MF towels then you know it's a good product for the money.

So here it is. It's the new VROOM foam gun, I last saw them at Target for like $8 bucks so I thought I'd pick one up and test it out. I was pleasently surprised at what I saw.

Here's some pics.

This is the gun itself with the 2 ounce canister filled with Dawn which is good for about 3 cars worth if you do it quickly. I can easily fill it half way for one car.

Simply plug the hose up to it and turn on the water.

There are two switches on top, sorry I didn't take pics of them, but one is a switch that you flip on to shoot the water out which can be regulated to let more or less water flow and the other is the dial which you can see that you turn to allow the soap to shoot out with the water and foam the car.

I think it produces a decient foaming ability for the money.

This pic is after letting the foam sit on the car for about 3 minutes.

This should give you a better idea of the foam since this is a black car and the silver Audi doesn't show as much of the foam.

IMHO this is a great foam gun for the money, I've seen the other ones that sell for $50++ and I think this one gets the job done just as well for a fraction of the cost.

VROOM is quickly becoming one of my favorite OTC car care brands.

Hahah - I first saw this and I was scrolling down and Viola! The foam magically changed the car from an Audi to a black mustang.

Nice Zaino Buckets. . . .

that is a soap dispenser NOT a foam gun...a foam gun makes foam!

there are several soap dispensers on the market for less $

even one with the big soap bottle by Glamor @walmart

is it worth what you paid ..is sounds like it is to you

but it is a not a foam gun

Great find Josh! thanks for the write up on it. Might give it a try soon.:up

If you don't already have one of those expensive foam guns this may definately save you $40+ bucks.

Whoops, my mistake, guess I didn't notice much of a difference....

Is there really any difference in the results of what shooting foam on the car will do compared to shooting soap on the car??

I honestly thought they were the same?:wall

I definately think it's worth the money but then again I haven't tried any others.

it's cool I am just anal about stupid stuff like that

IMO is is different as foam has more air & less water

it will cling to the car longer so the soap will have more time to dwell

and break down the dirt better

Got it thanks. :xyxthumbs

I'll have to try it out on a nasty dirty muddy car sometime and see how well it cuts the dirts loose.

I have been using that for about a month now. It really works great for the money. I mainly use it for my Dawn washes too. I was going to do a write up on it, but I figured Id just get made fun of for using it. I wish Target sold the other attachments for it, like the adjustable spray nozzle, but I cant find them anywhere and their website doesnt seem to work. It has a quick release end on it.

I just got these for $4.97 at costco. Not a foam gun, but it does a pretty good job. I've been using them for a while. They used to be $30.00...

Cool, I think I saw this in a James Bond movie once...:D:D:D

Thanks for the info.:bigups

Hehe, I'll still take my Gilmour. I love when I mix it well and the foam it produces blows away in the wind, which is a waste nonetheless but still amusing to watch :)

thanks for the info. i like my gilmour alot but for the cost it seems to work fine. i also find the target OTC stuff great for the money. i've been using their mitt and MF's for a while.
