What program is it? Its some program that is set to run at start up, but has obviously become corrupted. Is the program name photogallery? Uninstall it.
Otherwise, we'll need to change the programs that start at start-up. Don't worry, though, its not too hard to do this

Since we want to make a permenant change, I don't recommend using the built-in tool, MSCONFIG. It'll beech at you about the change you made, I hate it.
I guess the easiest way is just to use the built-in tool in Spybot. I hope you already have Spybot to scan for spyware; if not, its a free download. You can look it up in Google.
So now that you have spybot, just go to the top, click "mode," click on "advanced." Click yes to the notice. Now, on the left side, go to the bottom of that column. You'll see a button with a + by it, that says "tools." Click on that, go to startup. See what you can find regarding that app, and its also a good idea to check all the entries to see if there's anything you don't recognize or don't want starting up at start up.
