ok i just got a free sample of scratch X. tried on my GN on the small scratches. It left a nicely polished finish with the scratches less visible at the least. i applied it in an up and down motion then side to side then diagonally straight in all directions. Did I apply it correctly or are you supposed to apply with a circular motion?

I believe the instructions say thay you should rub in the direction of the scratch. It makes sense I guess. That is how I've always done it and it has worked just fine for me.

I've talked directly to Meguiars' on this and I've used it.



1) Love it - great for "sport work"

2) More abrasive than SMR

3) Does have fillers - detergent wash before reapplying polymer

4) Always rub ONLY in the direction of the scratch. Use a single finger over a foam pad or single layer of terry.

What about Eagle One Scratch Remover compared to Meguiar's Scratch X?? Which is better?? Anyone have the experience of both??
