Klasse'd my Week old Pearl White Acura RSX

Got my new Acura RSX type-S last weekend and Southern California weather was nearly perfect today. I just got my new Klasse in the mail, I am switching from Zaino.



I used mother's clay to do the spots I could see or feel. Then put the Klasse All in One over the car. Then did the Sealant Glaze over the entire car. I did the rear fenders and doors with S100 and did another layer of SG on the hood, trunk, and roof. The car still has almost no swirls. One tiny spot on the outside part of the trunk.



In my opinion Klasse was way easier to work with than Zaino, and I think it looks better as well. Not really sure if I needed to do the S100 as a topper though. Let the pics begin.

Side note: My boss the other day was so cool, I guess he is a detail nut too. He warned me that the sprinkler turned on where I park, I ran out so fast to move my car. He hates his new Carrera getting dirty, hehe.

Nice Job! Glad to see another local on autopia:xyxthumbs I saw the Keyes on your licene plate As you can see from my signature, I also use Klasse with a topper, I prefer Pinnacle Paste Glaz over P21S (S100) for silver and white. If you wanna try some PPG, let me know.

Ahhhhh...... To those who say that white doesn't look good, I say to you "TAKE THAT!" Do you feel bad when people are blinded as they look at it in direct sunlight? I love that Klasse shine!! Can't beat it.

Sweet car and great shine. Klasse is tough and beautiful and blows Zaino into the weeds.

Your RSX looks great. The thing I like best about your ride is the fact that you did not get the spoiler.... didn't know the type S was available without the spoiler. I have been looking at those since they came off the truck. It is just about the ONLY sports car under $40K that my long torso will fit in comfortably.

The spoiler and bodykit are options on the RSX. My car is totally stock except the mudflaps and wheel locks.



Also after driving the last few days even after a light rain Monday morning, the car looks super clean. And yes white cars do show dirt. Also the dust is very light. Everyone is right about Klasse vs. Zaino with dust. And my black car was parked in a garage at night, the RSX is parked outside at night and gets way more driving.



Klasse was easy to put on and tax off too. I am not sure at all why people would complain about that.

I performed a complete spring detail on my car this weekend. Spent about 6-7 hours. My neigbors and tenant think I am nuts.



I stripped the 8 layers of Klasse off my car and polished the paint with AIO and reapplied Klasse SG. I hadnt applied a layer in 5-6 months just kept washing and the gloss just kept reappearing. I also dont have a hard time using klasse. I like to use sonus qd to wipe off sg. This leave the paint looking great. The only downside is that I go through the bottle of sonus quickly and it is not that cheap.

I hate white color for cars but that RSX looks DOPE! It has inspired me to go get some AIO/SG for my new baby. I was not planning on not touching the paint for a month but oh well.

I was never going to buy a white car. And I saw the RSX in Pearl White, and wouldn't choose any other color. I can't wait to see what the car looks like after the next wash.
