Just turned 25 today...Whew it was a day.

Me and my boss went to go pick up some cars we bought at another dealership down the road.....It was 4/10 of a mile from our lot to theirs. I used my Odometer on the way home. So we pick up 2 cars, and bring them to our lot.....go back and get 2 more........I pull on our lot next to my Boss, get out, and there is a State Trooper pulling in behind us. My boss asked me who he pulled over....Isaid I dunno........Well it was me.......

I didn't have my seatbelt on....well neither did my boss, and he was in front of me.......Long story short, even though it was my B-day today....I couldn't talk my way out of the ticket.....which by the way is $200

Happy birthday to me, what a day it was..........
One thing to do....Eat a big Steak dinner, get drunk, and TRY to wrap the Kids' Presents...LOL

Well I guess that was not a present that you were looking for. I often do not wear a seat belt. Must make a better attempt to buckle up. That is a stiff fine for seat belt crime.

Consider the hat a birthday present. I am glad that I stopped by to say hello now!!

The ticket realy stinks (and that does sound excessive for a seatbelt fine), but a :happybday: none the less.

i feel your pain. that happened to me many years ago. i got a $100.00 fine, lost two points and because it added up to 9 points lost i got called into the ministry of transportation office and had to beg to keep my license. this was 1994 and i was paying $3,000.00 a year insurance on a 1990 base cavalier. i learned my lesson real quick. my ticket wasn't on my birthday but it still sucked. well, HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Sorry to hear about your issue. To bad the officer just didn't give you a warning on your birthday. :down: . Anyway, go home, drink, and be merry. :holiday: :santa
