How to remove mud stains ingrained into paint

Hi, I own a 1997 GMC Sierra and recently had a new paint job (5 months ago). The mud/dirt thrown by the tires has left stains ingrained into the paint in a splatter like pattern. I have tried numerous brands of polishing compound and rubbing compound with no results. Is there a product that can help me here? Thanks

Is the paint cured ? Can you smell paint fumes when you put your face really close to it ?

Tell us exactly what product/s you used, what you used to apply the products to the paintwork, and how you rubbed the product/s into the paint work..
Did you use a machine ? Which one ?
Have you tried just cleaning the stains out of the paintwork with some all purpose cleaner ?

No I can not smell any fumes and yes the paint is cured. I have tried Meguiars Ultimate Liquid wax, Meguiars ultimate compound, Meguiars nxt wax, Turtle wax polishing compound, Turtle wax rubbing compound. I applied by hand using little polishing pads and tried a slightly abrasive cloth to apply. I also had bad iron deposits in my paint recently and used Iron x Pro to get them out, but this did not do anything to the mud stains. The only thing I have not tried that I am thinking about is clay barring.

Are you sure the paint isn't missing from those spots ?

Meguiars Ultimate Compound is a pretty good product, and rubbed in with a medium soft cotton towel should remove a lot of things pretty easy..

What does it feel like on those spots when you rub your clean hands over the clean paintwork ?

Not sure that even a Claybar will help if you have used this Meguiars product already...

Can you post a picture of the spots ?

Is your vehicle white? Is this issue behind all 4 wheels? What kind of tire dressings have you used? How new are the tires?

Without seeing what is going on and/or knowing more, there could be a couple things that could be causing this. Besides this being surface staining caused by solvent based dressing, it could also be road tar/sealer splatter? Instead of a polishing compound, try a solvent based paint safe tar remover. If it's staining from tire/dressing, 9 times out of 10 this condition will evaporate and go away on its own. I actually see it quite often on brand new white vehicles where the dealer sprays a thick coat of solvent based dressing on the tires. It causing a browning effect and the tires end up slinging brown colored goop onto the vehicle staining the paint. No matter what you do it doesn't come off. But, over time it evaporates and fades away.
