But I can't blame him after what happened on chat.....



AlBOSTON (I observed this while on chat incognito) had a lot to say of puter's love for zaino, after william sent him some trials and he really liked it. Then he made a comment that he was gonna beat him up and steal his alfa (car) so he didn't have anything to detail. Puter was not on chat at this point but someone must of filled him in because he found out about it and was upset. That's when DETAILKING stepped in on chat and told everyone to calm down a bit. Al basically admitted to saying things about products that he has not tried to "mess" with peolple. I guess that angered puter and fired up his comments on the board.



Lurker, was the newbie asking questions that I am sure will never come back due to the way he was treated and the crazy answers and jokes people were spinning off on chat. I would have to say AL was running the show. I found out he is only like 19 yrs old, starting to make sense. Prinz was there for some of the chat, and should be able to confirm all this......

DK is right. To an extent, Al seemed a tad belligerent, obnoxious, and overbearing. I got PMed by the new visitor to the chat when I saw Al using the S word.

What might have to happen here is that both parties will need to be PMed. Al, for his language and uncivilzed behavior and putey to keep him from losing his cool. We are a civilized lot and prefer to keep it that way, even in chat. :D
 
I have a copy of the transcript from the chat. Al was out of hand. I'm thinking about sending him a PM asking him to cool it.

I read the thread and I have to be honest with you. On the Web, you are going to run into folks who like to agitate people. They feed off of your emotional responses to make themselves look good. In reality, they are actually immature and insecure.



You are too level headed a person to let someone goad you like that.

Ya I do too..... Helps us see what is going on in the chats, Not cool:down
 
I think it is just a really good reason why we need moderation in the chat. If people are going to go at each others throats like that then it sort of dents our reputation as the friendliest forum on the web, yes? We just need some sort of control to be able to kick people out or temporarly ban them to give them some time to cool off.
 
I think the thread is pretty much frayed at this point. I closed it just to prevent any flame wars or "last word" battles.
 
I placed an order back on the 21st for a VacNBlo, paid in full. The order has been marked Shipping Pending for almost a week now. As you might guess, customer service isn't answering the phones or returning emails. Does anyone have any insight on whether or not I'll get my order filled (or a refund) based on their own experience over the last week?

The servers were struckby lightening recently. Currently all shipped orders have to be processed manually which doesn't trigger the automated shipping notification. Orders are being shipped however, and as quickly as possible
