Funny, but scared the crap out of me......
Today at work, my Boss put some brake pads on a Buick LeSabre. After he was done, he let the car down and left. I guess he pumped the brakes until they got hard. He "said" he did.
It was windy today, and kinda chilly, so I had my Shop doors down. They are 10x12 roll down garage doors. So, I need to clean the inside of the car, but the lift was in the way, and I couldn't open the doors all the way to get in with a vaccum. So what did I do? I got in to back it up about 4 feet. Well, I went about 15 instead. I got in and left the door open with my left leg sticking out. I was only going to back up a little, and get to work. Well I started it and put it in reverse.......AND MY FOOT WENT TO THE FLOOR!!!!!! PANIC MODE. The car was idling high since it was just started. I threw it in park, but no go. I then turned off the car and hit the emergency brake.......too late. I went through the garage door. The car was sticking halfway in and out. I was absolutly PISSED. I called my boss and let him know....... I guess it was not that big a deal. He didn't get too mad. I mean...It was his fault...I think. No everyone pokes fun at me, asking why I tried to back out with the door closed. New door cost.....600 bucks.....
I was suposed to get off at 6:30.........but it was a late night tonight....

I did get to use SSR3 on the scratches on the car......All gone! :bigups
Oh, then the sales men came running over...."Dude, you went throught the door!!"
