Todd based on the thread you posted this is exciting. I have a 16M to do that I'd like to see how this holds up on the exhaust. Have you tried it there yet?
I just don't want to be a guinea pig.

Great questions and concerns. I think it would be prudent to note that this whole project (including my transition to PBMG) is with Jack's blessing. A good part of the last two years of my life involved working on improving the Blackfire line. Some exciting projects were started, but ultimately could not be completed because of circumstance. The entire Blackfire line, including the chemicals in the bottles, the bottles, and even the sprayers will be identical to what we created; so the 'heritage' will continue. The goal that we set years ago will once again move forward, no longer stalled by more pressing matters, but instead reinforced with PBMG's considerable resources.

While things could change, for the time being Blackfire will be under my direct caretaking at Autopia-CarCare.com as well at other long standing re-sellers. Autopia-CarCare.com will carry the complete line of Blackfire USA products. Additionally look for Autopia-CarCare to carry more unique and exclusive lines in the future as we move forward.

I noticed that on Autopia Car Care the option is not there to mix/match a 6 pack of 65." CCS pads. There is a price for six but you must choose six of one. Do I need to buy these pads form Autogeek to get the mixed set? Would like to buy them with BF on Friday.

We will add that to the store ASAP (although ASAP is probably not in time for the sale). Write in the comment box which color pads you would like and we will make it happen!

What's all the excitement about? Blackfire Products were available at many vendors for many years. And it has been discussed and reviewed at this location a few times since I joined.

Some folks act as if they now have permission to buy it since they have Max's blessing on it.:wall

I don't need Max's blessing. In fact I wish BF was going to a smaller vendor. Over the past 5 years I have made very few purchases from PBMG. PAC is where I bought 98% of my gear. I would rather support the little guys. The sad fact is I can't because the little guy is becoming a thing of the past.

I'm just happy to see the line live on and a few of the nice people at PAC are involved.

I think it is more along the lines that Blackfire's future was uncertain, and those who enjoy the line were concerned that it would either go away or picked up by a company who did not have the resources and means to support it properly. With PBMG's considerable resources and Jack's blessing I will move the line forward in the same tradition that we had planned and the same direction that has made it successful to this point. :bigups
 
Bio, It is available at smaller vendors. 7 or 8 at my last count. I hope it won't be controlled by PBMG and denied access by those vendors who have been faithfully carrying the product all these years.

Todd, I know you will carry on the tradition. My point is, if all this excitement would have motivated people to buy over at PAC, perhaps it would still be there.

I have enough to last me for a few years. :)
