Big "A" Detailing G37 Red Halogen Correction + Mini Cooper

after the wash i found burn marks all over the front bumper so i took pics of everything i saw. i then called the customer to let him know what i found. i also sent a cell phone pic. i was busy finishing up another car so i didnt get a chance to look the G over when she was dropped off. he plans to change the front bumper. i taped up all the damaged areas & worked around them.
the customer was in a rush to leave the shop & the sun kept hiding behind the clouds! i got the best pics outside as i could. the guy dropped the top & then dipped at the green light lol.

oh well im sure someone will buy it used for a few bucks on one of the forums lol. a new front bumper is on order anyways. on with the detail after i tape up the damaged areas. =*(
i just polished the bumper, no compound was used at all.

The red on that infiniti came out great.

For some reason, I think it looked better with the infiniti symbol on the back. Maybe it's just me though.
 
They both look great.

You would think after someone removed the clear on the G there would be no defects instead of leaving more behind.... Some people. It would have been better to let you start with it to begin with. Its always a challenge to pick up after you know its been buffed hard before.

thanks. i bit my lip to call the guy & tell him about the burn marks. i thought id loose the job & he would want it painted but nope! hes changing it anyways. :D
the paint was in rough shape when i got her. maybe a dealership detail? im not sure but it was pretty banged up!

Awesome work on a messed up Infiniti ! I dont think I have ever seen a red one out here in Northwest - everyone is so paranoid about the Policia' :)
Only see red Ferrari's around here. :)

lol thanks dan. i really like these hard top verts. i think the roof is a little chopped from the reg coupe.
