Best Pads for Hand Polishing

Every now and then I get a small spot on my car that isn't worth pulling out the Flex for. What are the best pads for hand polishing?

Was given a Wolfgang German Polish N’ Wax Applicator free with one of my AG orders and liked it so much that I ordered a few more. Use it for all my spot work.

The 4" pads that fit on a PC :D Though the Meguiars yellow foam ones available everywhere work great.

Excell Detail sells, or at least used to, hand pads made of LC foam. Yellow, orange, white, red, black. They work great with a polishin' pal for those times when you just don't want to drag out the heavy artillery.

I usually just use a MF towel or a swab (if the area is really small/tight), but when I think it's worth doing I'll use a piece of an old machine polishing pad (good reason to *not* throw away pads that're almost useless).
