Bentley Arnage R

I was expecting this to take well over a day but as it was in good shape (hence no before shots) I managed to do it all in a day. Don't get me wrong though, this thing is HUGE and had there been the need for paint correction I'd definitely still be there today!

The shots aren't great for the same reason as the Turbo shots weren't - too much shade and too many cars in the way to position it nicely.

NXT Wash

AG Clean Wheels

AG Engine and Machine Cleaner in arches

Clay with #34 (in the garage as it was so hot)

SRP/Meg's polishing pad

EGP by hand

VM on all windows and brightwork

AG Vinyl and Rubber Dressing in arches

Hyperturismo's Wheel Wax

Meg's Endurance High Gloss tyre dressing

AG Intensive Tar Remover/#0000 steel wool on exhaust tips

I also did the interior and I kid you not everything was covered in leather - the headlining, the ash tray lids, even the inside of the door pockets was leather!

Vacuum

AG Interior Shampoo

AG Leather Care Cream

AG Fast Glass

Great car Ben, looks fantastic, Can't believe all that opulence and the key looks the same as on my old golf!

Terrific work Ben. Is that Becks car? :)

I love the Bentleys but I am sad that they switched to a plastic grill. I liked the thought of some old world craftsman using real wire, especially at this price range...

Beautiful car and detail, Ben! Bentleys and Rolls have such great paint and high quality interiors and normally don't get very dirty so cleaning them is actually pretty enjoyable. Definitely right on about the interior, filled with dead cow. ;)

Thanks for the comments guys. It's definitely nice to do something a bit different every now and then and always rewarding to use such a simple product combo to get great results.

The grill is definitely metal (although what sort I'm not sure), but I doubt it's made by hand anymore!

Wow!!! What a neat car and detail; and a brand new one, at that, eh? The headlights were new for 2005?

He picked it up last September so I guess it is the 2005 model year.
