Beer Time

Right now I'm having a Rogue Imperial Pilsner, clocks in at 8.8% ABV, very tasty. Nice hops, malts, and some citrus flavor. Basically no head, not much lacing, but I like anyways, lol Another great brew from Rogue.

There were about a hundred rare brews at that place, way off the strip in Vegas.

Best Wine selection I have ever seen anywhere including France. Without a doubt if your ever in Vegas give them a try, its called Rosemary's on Sahara, but 20 minutes off the strip. Recommended to me by a local who is a Pilot on EBay's private jet fleet. They were so incredible, everything was perfect, they even called the next day to ask if we enjoyed our meal, who does that? It impressed me

Every item on the menu had a Wine and beer Suggestion, I took their advice, a bit too literaly, I was poured into the limo and cant even imagine how I stood to take that pic. This is why its kind of blurry, with 7 mega pixel camera's you better not be swaying, at least thats what I found.

Happy Sunday everyone,

Today I'm having a Russian River Damnation, it's a Belgium Strong Pale Ale, very nice. Light-Medium in body, nice scents of hops, malts, citrus, banannas, spices, pears. Bottle conditioned. The taste is sweet/tangy, slightly hopping/malty, nice dry finish. An awesome brew from RR, hopefully I can get this and some other's they offer.

Tonight I'm having a couple of bottles of Alaskan Pale Ale, clocks in at 3.7% ABV, very tasty though, would make a excellent session brew.

Tonight i had:

North Coast Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout

Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale

Samuel Smiths Old Brewery Pale Ale

Herold Psenicne (Hefeweizen)

Wow... now THAT'S what I call a beer run. :xyxthumbs I like the Moose Drool Brown, that's very good stuff. Heck, pretty much your whole list looks great.

This evening it was a Deschutes Bachelor ESB for me.

victory,

Is the North Coast Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout; one that hits at around 10% alcohol? If it is I had that a few months ago, and boy was it good.

Last night I had a Lagunitas IPA. This was my first time trying it, and I wasn't that impressed. Didn't have as much hop character as i'd expect from a good IPA, a little too smooth. Tasted fine, just not what I expected/was in the mood for.

Was not that impressed either, try the Maximus IPA instead, does have some more hops, and higher ABV (7.5%).
