Baked On Water Spots

Just picked up my 86' guards red 911 from the body shop that I had a little rust repaired. The repair looks great! My problem is, the shop left my car outside in 95 degree heat, wet, with a tarp

on top to protect the paint. The water on the car looks like it is baked into the finish. I have tried, finesse, perfect-it, and a polishing compund with no success.

Any suggestions on a miracle cure that I can try?

I don't mean to scare you huey...but I had something similar happen to a previous car... and a professional detailer was unable to remove the damage. I highly suggest going right back to that shop and show them what they did... How idiotic that the body shop itself did that. My guess is it may require some wetsanding!!!

If you can't repair the damage yourself, then go back to the body shop and have them do the repair. They caused the damage by having your car wet and not drying it.
