Hey everyone!
A question here that I always have had about Meguiars Quick Detailer. It says on the back to not allow product to dry on paint. Now I am wondering if there is any real danger to this happeneing? I as because I was QD'ing Saturday night and it was so cold that the solution was just smearing on the car and not really removing onto the microfibers. I also ran out of dry/clean microfibers so the last sections of the car the final wipe was done with moist MF. Is there any possible damage that can be done to the clear coat by allowing product to dry on surface? This also applies to overspray from cleaning up bird poop/etc on semi-dirty car where the overspray is around the spot that got owned and wiping that area would result in some bad marring. Let me know what yall think, I'm sure more than myself is wondering about this.
Thanks bros-
