This is one of the worst black vehicles I have done lately. The owner of this 2011 Porsche Cayenne Turbo just purchased it from an auction and luckily he is starting off on the right track by getting it corrected and maintain it a lot better than the last owner. This had 7 years of carwash damage and some serious rotary holograms from a cheep detail.
For correction it was about 50/50. Some got a 2 step and other parts I had to skip the subtle tactics and bust out the Flex Pe14 with a wool pad and Clearcut!.
wash/decon
hyperwash, aggressive wash method, nanoskin handy towel
Wheels/tires
Mckees Foaming wheel cleaner gel, IGL Iron, LATA, Hyper dressing
correction
Rupes duetto/Adams swirl killer mini- IGL microfiber cutting pads and Fast correcting cream
Some areas got Rotary/wool with Clearcut followed by M205 on a microfiber cutting pad with the duetto to knock out the holograms from the rotary.
Finish polish- Duetto/Swirl killer mini- Hyper polish and Rupes Yellow pads
LSP- IGL Premier. All plastic trim was coated with IGL Trim
After wash and decon
test spot
