What Glass polish?

Which glass polish is the best in your opinion? I use the Autoglym Glass polish which is ok but leaves a very chalky affect on the glass and im sure there is a better product out there. Thanks for your help

some people saids AIO causes the windsheild wipers to stick to the windsheild and chatter... is it true?

I apply AIO with my Cyclo and I use it very sparingly. A couple of mists from a 2oz mister per pad will do the entire windshied on my WRX, followed up with a firm buffing. [EDIT] I also don't rest the wipers back on the windshield until the next morning if I don't have to to allow the sealants to cure. I try to at least give it a few hours if I need to drive. [/EDIT]

Chatter can be caused by a number of reasons. Sometimes people get chatter from applying a product to their windshields. This maybe caused by them not fully buffing out the product or using too much product, hence it collecting on their wipers. Sometimes their wipers are already in poor condition and this just accentuates the failing wiper. I've yet to cause chatter doing this. Just go light on the product and replace your wipers every 6 months.
 
I've had good results with the Griot's glass polish -- particularly the "heavier" stuff -- along with a PC. Gets rid of all hard water spots, and makes the glass super smooth.
 
Its night time & rainning can not see because of wiper smear not fun.

Glass polishing is done with Cerium Oxide.

There is glass cleaners paste that cleans water spots. RainX, what ever.

Side windows I use CK QW or/& VM

thanks for the info. the POS cheapo blades on the infiniti chatters like crazy and its only 1 yrs old and the edges are beginning to tear... new Bosch wipers and AIO FTW!

For what it's worth, I'm a firm believer in replacing wipers regularly. It's not a huge investment...vision during heavy downpours is worth far more than the $35-$40 I'll spend for wipers a year. I've used high-end wipers like the PIAA silicones and Valeo single beams, but they don't survive New England winters any better than the cheaper Trico, Bosch, and ANCO wipers. Also, for the 6 month lifecycle I give them, the cheaper wipers perform just as well in that duration, especially if you apply a window product properly and wipe them down every car wash.
 
I've had excellent results from Glass Scrub from Glass Science to remove stubborn water spots that vinegar and AIO did nothing for. It's a chemical cleaner with no abrasives. I've ordered it online, but I've since seen it on the shelf at a local grocery/department store.



I've also used Autoglym Glass Polish for the same issue and that worked well except that it took much more elbow grease than the Glass Scrub. I had the Zaino on my list to try before I found that Glass Scrub took care of what I needed to remove from my windshield.
 
Zaino Glass Polish works the best for me, and a little bit goes a long long way. It is really magic. I am not a Zaino fanatic, but the glass polish is worth the price. AutoGlym's Fast Glass is a great product also, and that too goes a long way.
