If the dealer is unwilling to make things right, I would take him to small claims court. Here's what I'd show the judge: (1) pictures of the car in its pristine condition (if you don't have pics you'll just have to tell the judge how beautiful it was and emphasize your detailing background), (2) pictures of the problem areas caused by the dealer, and (3) an estimate of the cost to fix it from a professional detailer. (Maybe someone here can provide that.) Then take the money the judge awards you, buy some new detailing toys and go at it. Oh yeah, in the future if you bring a car anywhere they might "clean" it for you, I'd tape a large "DO NOT WASH" sign to the inside windshield. Good luck!
