Souveran on top of what?

Ok, I want to give Pinnacle Souveran the best chance to prove it's value, how did you find it looks best?



On top of Pinnacles cleanser? AIO? What??

Looks great on top of the usual multi-stage AIO/SG. Probably look great on its own too.

Pinnacle is a fairly clear, deep wax, with a good wet-look glow. It benefits from a more-reflective undercoat. I have used the standard Meguiar's prep products ending in #7 Show Car Glaze, following with 2-3 coats of Souveran wax; and I've also done the Klasse AIO/SGx5 route, with 3 coats of Souveran wax.



Personally, I think the richness of the #7/Souveran look is a bit nicer ... but the Klasse/Souveran combo is much brighter and brings out the color. At least on my Miata's starlight mica blue paint (a deep Indigo blue/black), the Klasse/Souveran products make the blue highlights come out in a way the standard combo does not. Have not tried other combos.



After 4mos, now, on the Klasse/Souveran combination, I am still impressed with the durability of the reflectivity & shine that the Klasse Sealant Glaze brings to the table. And with either, Souveran is a tremendous wax.
