Sonus <NEW> SFX Line of Polishes

I've noticed that some paint cleaners don't do well as the combos. I use paint cleaners/polish combos only on new paints without swirls or oxidation. Of course there not going to have the amount of ingred. if they where seperate.

I have a '01 Audi A4 Metalic Melange and I have no swirls and no oxidation. I normally just go clay, paint cleaner/polish, Aio, SG, P21s. I just thought maybe with this I can use SFX-2 then 3 and skip the paint cleaning, but I guess I would loose the benefits of the chemicals in the paint cleaner.

I will just call Mr. Sonus and ask him

AIO is a paint cleaner in itself :)

Im a fan of the 1z line and VM followed by EX and then somtimes souveran. If I was to use sfx trio would I need to worry about VM or could I go straight to EX? Are the new sonus pads that much better than the original's?

SFX are polishes. So then you don't have to use other polishes. Check out the descriptions on each polish to see what it will do for different circumstances.

I have no idea what VM and EX is. I even looked all over the autopia-carcare site. SFX pads are more for the polish than the DAS pads. I just wish they would label each pad each polish, ya know.

I'm given them a try this week. I also am a 1z guy. I just like how Sonus has only 3 not 8 like 1Z. To figure out which one you need to use seems much easier.

Im thinking about giving it a go as well as the new pads for my personal vehicle. By the way VM=vanilla moose and EX is a wax by poorboys

I've been taking notes since I'm a newbie and I have:

Vanilla Moose is by Clearkote and is a hand glaze. It removes light swirls and some say oxidation. Can be used after something like #80.

EX- isn't that more of a sealant that happens to have Carnauba?

FYI-

EX-P is the pure sealant.
