s100....what to do?

Hi gang...had AIO and SG applied the other day to my car, and when the detailing crew left, I took out my secret stash of s100 and slapped on a few coats :o

Question -- How do you apply and remove this product? I've always been using a regular Meguiars yellow foam pad and then wiping it off with a MF towel. Now, I don't have a PC, but I do have one of those 9" Craftsman random orbital polisher jobs....should I used the sheepskin bonnet on that and buff the car after removing the wax by hand?

I'll be posting pictures as soon as I can get my hands on a digital camera. Every day I walk to my car (I park it under a bridge) and even in the shade it looks like it had just gone through a waterfall of molten glass! :D

Thanks!

S100 is very very easy to use. Just do small panels. Wipe on and wipe off with a nice MF towel. Step back and admire the shine.

I've always applied it like you said. I use the sponge that is included until it gets nasty, then I use a yellow foam pad.

wipe on with foam and then off with microfiber.

How long are you waiting to put on coas of S100? I've always found it works better if I wait until the next day between coats.

Hmm...I usually apply a coat, go do something like get some lunch or take a nap (LOL) and then apply a second coat. Would that make a difference?

It's hard to say. Some people argue that multiple coats of wax don't do anything at all. Others swear by it. I've tried layering S100 both your way and waiting until the next day. I thought it looked better waiting until the next day. But, S100 alway looks better to me the next day.

If your happy with your method keep at it, or try waiting until the next day one time. I figure the change I saw might have just been mental, then again we all are a little mental here.
