recommendations for OTC products?

for carnauba waxes, pastes can have a higher carnauba content in them due to not having to have as many solvents in them.

But mostly it's a preference thing

Hey, is the any reason you recommend paste over the liquid? I've always opted for the liquid because of ease of application. I've tried a paste before, and didn't notice any difference in results.

Update on my NXT experience: it's raining like CRAZY here! The rain allowed me to see the beading protection offered by the NXT, and I must say I am EXTREMELY impressed. This stuff beads like nothing I've ever seen before. There is no way carnauba can even compare to this polymer stuff. I love it =) Thanks for the recommendations.

Well.. having used both, for hand.. i prefer the paste. It's just easier to swipe the pad, then to pour out using the messy liquid.

The paste is supposed to last longer too. It lasts longer in your car and you can do more cars with a single can than a bottle.

Overall, the application of paste wax seems to glide on easier and faster as well.

i used to be a paste skeptic, because almost all the OTC were sold in liquid form. But for hand application, i now prefer paste!

I have used both NXT and Reflections on multiple cars and multiple colors. IMO the reflections is a much better product. I like the look it produces and from my experiance it has been a much more durable product. I probably wont ever use NXT again but thats just me. Im not saying it is a bad product by any means. Its just not for me.

I've used NXT with great results..haven't tried the Mothers yet though, I'm not a not a Mother's fan anyhow. I think its the name, or the packaging. I'll use the shampoo thats about it.

You don't know what you have been missing.... :(

The LSPs of the Mothers FX and reflections lines are better than anything Megs has at consumer level.... and I would even dare to say than even the pro line, but I haven't tried #21 so I can't comment.
