did the remaining 5 items ship in a separate box at a later time? my bank has not seen a credit issued for either the single backordered item or for the 5 that have not been received.

Looking at your order info, you were charged 78.93, which was the charge, including shipping on your order. It looks like we refunded 6.75 back to your card yesterday for the Kompressor pad we were out of stock on.

This will be my 4th post in this thread asking about order# 201230. I checked my online credit card statement and do not see a charge in the amount of my order nor anything mentioning PAC. Should I just assume my order is nonexistent?

yes the 1 came on july 1 but only recived the pad cleaning spur the invoice said 0 BF-221 SHIP 1 89-104 SHIP 11.24 PLUS SHIPPING TOTAL 17.23 the order i made on the 6/26/2011 included 1 meguiars da correction system item number DCMKITS unit price 67.49 . is this item out of stock and has card been charged for this item. if so it was not in box i recieved on 7/1/2011

Your initial charge was reversed as the DA kit and such were not available by the time we were able to process your order. Checking in our credit card interface, I see that the 17.23 charge is the charge that has been processed. The items received on your delivery were what was available to ship. We are not doing any back-orders as we have no additional inventory to ship to you, so there will not be another box. Hope this answers your questions.

Still have not heard anything back, has my order shipped? If stuff is out of stock, I completely understand. If it hasn't shipped I can cancel the order, I would just appreciate a response back as it has been over 2 weeks since the order was placed.

Any news guys on the Metro Comander I ordered? Im really just curious as to if she is coming in or not. Order # 201047 Ordered on June 21. This was before all the news hit. I would think I should have it by now if it were coming it.

thanks for the response. i have received the 6.75 refund. i take it this means the remainder of my order has shipped?

[edit 7/25/11] It has been over three weeks since half of my order shipped. Did the remainder ship (not including the backordered item)? Will it ship? [edit]

As per my previous update to this, any items that were out of stock, were not backordered. We did not have them to ship when your order was finally processed. Therefore, the refund we applied to your card for them parts of your order that would not be fulfilled.

Again, I understand that the backordered item will never ship and that I have received a credit for the backordered item.
I am asking about the $31.47 worth of items which were not backordered but never received.
1x CCS-75PWR 2x CCS-4PWR 2x LC-44-6650KR did not arrive in the same box as BF-GLD, FBP-35DA and MICRO-KIT2
