Pads that come with the Makita 7424..

Are the detailing pads that come w/ the Makita worth using or should I just toss them? Where are you lot getting your replacement pads for a 7" orbital?

do you have a Porter Cable 7424(orbital)

or a Makita BO6040(orbital & forced rotation)

or the Makita 9227 (rotary)



if you have the PC with the white pad

use it on you washing machine for practice

but not on your car

I don't know why I said 7424... I meant the 9227. I have the 9927. It came with a few different pads.
 
I just opened up my Makita for the first time and used the buffing pad that came with it after my Edge orange wool was clogged up. It seemed to clog/dry up quicker and appeared to have much less cut to it. I'm a noob though so take that with a grain of salt. I only used it on my beater card to just in case. I was using it with OHC.
