You do make a good point that all of this rebranding can get confusing.

What is "QID" anyway? Who makes that?

FK425/QID=CG rebranding? ;)

It's "OID" Optimum Instant Detailer

This I did not know! Too funny.

I didn't either because I usually chew bubble gum when working. I didn't realize it even had a scent until I used it one day when I didn't have gum in my mouth!

Me neither. I'm asking what QID is. It's obviously another "Instant Detailer".. but whoms?

QID is Meg's Quick Interior Detailer

OID is Optimum's Instant Detailer and Gloss Enhancer

Thanks for the reply, but what does an interior detailer has to do with a paint QD?

Classic! :chuckle:

Is Z8 anti-static? Wouldn't that be the comparison with OID and FK425? Z8 really amps up the look a lot more than Z6.

It smells good, too, but not like bubblegum...

Why would Z8 be the comparison with FK425 or OID instead of Z6? Z8 costs a LOT more than the others.

Z6 is a QD and would compare with 425 and OID. Z8 is a different animal.
