Well im looking for some lease property with 4+ bays..good size lounge/office.. good location.. stand alone building would be perfect but not important.

I am opening a dealership in Tampa this coming August. Existing space in that area is rough. You either pay through the nose for something less than ideal or you pay a crazy amount and have it built. I will be living off Ramen for a while myself.
