need help cleaning embroidered interior logo...Pics inside

I bought this cover online used for my z06. It’s a center console cover that seems to have some stains on it. The cover looks good but the embroidered logo in the center has some discoloration to it. I think its form the oils of the previous owner’s arm . . . looks like he rests his forearm on the console while driving.



I don’t want to attempt to clean it until I get some better information from you guys.



Can anyone suggest a product and technique on how to clean it and get the embroidered emblem looking new again?

If it were mine I would giee it a spray of Folex, let it sit for about 10 seconds and then give it a good rubbing with a short nap MF towel.



If that doesn't do it I have had good luck with stains like that using Wolfgang Carpet and Upholstery Restorer. Use it the same way I described with the Folex. I had a car with no floor mats that had lots of black shoe sole marks rubbed all over the carpet. A quick misting of the Wolfgang C/U Restorer and a good rubbing and all the marks were gone. Only problem is the stuff is pretty dang expensive.
 
can this folex product be bought over the counter locally... what about this Wolfgang interior restorer. i can say i have seen any at my local supplier for detailing goods.

You can get Folex at Lowe's or Home Depot. I have also read here that you can also get it at Wal-Mart or Target but I haven't looked for it there myself.
 
Another vote for Folex, if you cant find that give Kids and Pets a try.
