after a quick wash or two... they easily lose their way to stick onto my backing plate... am i doing something wrong?

I put my pads in the washing machine, and I have never had this problem? What type of pads and backing plate.

I've never had this problem and I'm still using some pads that I've had for a little over two years now. I wash and dry by hand and all is well.

I had a similar problem this year. My Sonus pads had trouble staying on the backing plate at the higher pc speeds. It was a real challenge working the sides of the car with the pads at the higher speeds, as they began to get off center, which required me to re-position them several times. The previous DAS and SFX pads from two years ago adhered to the backing plates much better.

so what is going on here? am i not waiting them to dry long enough... am i washing them weird? i just spray them with cleaner... rinse and air dry so i see no problem but i only wait for about a day or sometimes an hour before i use them...

i hear people PC dry them also right when they are done washing them... theres no way my pad can stick to the backing plate right after... something has to be going wrong

I have the same problem with my LC durastrand pad. THe Velcro on the back does not stick at all to my backing plate. I've only use the pad 5-6 times and everything i just use the hose to clean and hand dry. My regular LC 7.5" pads are sticking fine. The Durastrand pad refuses to even stay on when the PC is off... ANy suggestions? I tried brushed the fiber but that didn't work.
