My Fastest Detail Ever

You can't tell us all these details about the power without and underhood shot. And yes, did you get to drive it and give'r?

Thanks to everyone for the wonderful compliments!!

No, I did not drive the car out of respect for the owner and the car. He's giving me a ride tomorrow, and if I play my cards right...

jmsc & hadboosttroy - I just felt that Z5 was the right way to go with this one. Next time I see it, I'll probably go with a coat or two of Z2 Pro.

BigChevMan - I was going to take underhood shots, but everyone would have been disappointed. It looks like a 95% stock LS2 motor...the turbos are tucked up nicely beneath each fender ;)

Mike - the clutch was a little "sticky" :)

JohnnyDaJackal - this was my first time with the ceramiclear polish - I'm now very upset it's discontinued :(

Thanks again!

:shocked

Damn buddy, kudos across the boards. I love your process lineup :).

Can you elaborate on your PO85RD experience?

I am going to follow like a sheep and say that the vette' looks amazing. I am really jealous of all those still posessing some of the PO85rd because the results that i have seen on here and other boards is simply amazing. I know the prep is where it's at but the PO is seemingly a valuable component in the process. I would never guess that a car that looks like that has 840 rwhp but that makes it all that much more perfect. I would love to see the look on the face of a fellow vette' owner that wanted to race and got blown away. Good Work!

It did a great job a removing light marring, it was easy to work with, it gave me minimal dusting, and it left a *very* nice finish. I wish I had more!

Menzerna never seems to let me down. I guess it's time to try PO106FF...
