My opinion on MF.
Easy to find local stuff:
Wal-Mart/Sam's The Blue/White are OK but thin (Get 20 Pac @ $10 at Sam's) and watch for melted shapr points at the corners. The big Blue drying towel works very well, trim corners if needed, and I like to use before a funal WW. The Yellows in dozens are "plush" but lint no matter how many times I wash them. Great for any place you don't want to use a good towel. Wal-Mart has some two pacs of something and they seem to be all different...weird colors and fabrics sometimes. Maybe something good in there. I'll pass on these but one was really wierd and I almost got it just for laughs.
Turtle wax green towels are decent for polish wax removal and just about as good as towels I've ordered for more $ at detailer sites. They also carry some three color packs of something 87% 13%??? or something like that that work well on windows. (Pepboys, Autozone)
Viking brand edgeless Orange towels are very good at polish/ FP removal and worth the $5. (checkers)
On line...
PAKSHAK' s are very good quality but I can see through them. His top plush kind are very nice. WW is good too.
Sonus makes some great towels and get the WW anad the Plush Polish. Worth every penny.
DF Concours....as above, they are nice.
I was very dissapointed with some "dark green" MF I got because they bleed and I have some lime green yellow MF's now. They may be alright, but I have refused to use them for that reason and because a picture shown on the site was NOT dark green but that's what I got. Guilty by association and I will never buy towels there again. I don't want to name, because Its not that big of a deal to me and I order stuff from them anyway :lmfao
These are the brands I am familiar with.
If I could do it over....Blue/whites from Wal-Mart for non-paint work. Sonus WW, etc., theOrange Viking and PakSkak would be all I would need.
I'm sure there are some great towels I don't know about......
