We go the 24% route, give a nice gloss, but not a high shine.
Much better for interiors and leather, if they want a high shine on the tires, then put on an extra coat.
Since we teach to use a sponge applicator, they don't use much product anyway as they are not wasting it spraying all over the wheels and the ground.
