Made some pulled pork sliders this past weekend for a UFC watching party. I smoked the pork butt on my komado Joe for around 12 hours. Came out amazing. I set half the pork to have on it`s own. Half went in to the sliders.

We lost a great person today. A loving husband and father, a caring man and a person who lived life to the fullest.
