Looks like I may be out of business..

why i asked is i do alot of fleet work for 5 companys and they have astro vans with 4.3 engines and 5.0 g2500 vans that another shop used to do there work once i has fixed trucks the other shop could not fix i have gotten all there work plus many of there friends too

Glad to see your up and running again. Sounds like a shady shop to me. I would keep a little cash on the side for a nice trailer and truck. Then you can have one vehicle for work and play just unhook the trailer :)

My Father has his 99 Astro Cargo he is wanting to sell. 99 with 122k miles. Fleet maintained before he purchased it with 9x,xxx miles. Said he has someone wanting to buy it or trying to sell it for $3000, but since I inquired about it, he would let me take it for $1500. Soooooo...
I am headed to Missouri to see my folks the first week of July, so we will see what comes of it. Really hope I can pick it up.

is your van tbi injected? or injectors inside intake manifol? also what is fuel pressure?

Injectors in the manifold. As far as the fuel pressure, I do not know. The shop said it was good, but only checked at idle.

The injector assembly (Spider Assembly) runs about $300.:wow:

for what its worth, i have seen MANY MANY MANY of these assemblies fail, VERY common issue, but it sounds like your up and running in the meantime :rockon
