Little help with pad choice/BF SRC

Hey guys, so I just ordered BF SRC Final Polish and am VERY excited to use it. I also have ZPC, and while I plan to use ZPC as the final polish on this upcoming vehicle its going to need a stronger process before hand and thus my question. The reason I went for SRC is its versatility. However, being knew to polishing (don't worry I'm doing my GFs car, I wouldn't test it out on a customer lol :D ) I was curious how SRC worked in conjunction with LC CCS pads. Here are the pads I have at my disposal:

Orange

White

Green

Blue

Black

I I was curious if you could give me an idea of how much abrasiveness to expect using any or all of these pads. For instance, I keep hearing that SRC/106ff works wonders with a green pad... is that stronger or weaker then with a white pad? I've heard that its not all that spectacular with an orange pad... is this true and if so why?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!! :D

The green LC CCS pad is a bit more aggressive than the white. I've never tried to use the 106ff with anything more aggressive than the green pad. If I need to step up to the aggressiveness of an orange pad, I change to a polish that's more aggressive, too.

Keep in mind that SRC is listed as a lighter cut polish than 106FF - it claims 3000 grit marks while 106ff claims 2500. My experience has backed this, although only anecdotally.

I'd try green, it's got a hair more kick than white and has worked well for me in the past.

Since the green pad has a bit more cut to it than the white, do you think there would be a noticeable difference in the final results between the two? Perhaps the slight bit more cut that the green pad has would leave slight micromarring that a white or black pad wouldn't?
