Liquid tide free

I wanted to check out liquid tide free, since i saw it from a picture, but it seems like the only one i saw was in a new bottle i guess. It said tide free for sensitive skin, contains no perfumes or colors. Is that what I want anything that says tide free, well i guess thats the only one. It had a green top, and white bottle. I want to clean my MF towels and pads with this and also use simple green (gallon size).

Guys care more about towel cleanliness then your own garments ya wear on your back. If the soap you use for your own chonies isn't good enough for your $2.00 mf's then you may be being a little too critical. My $.02,

I'm a clean freak with my clothes so I *do* care about them! It is just that my clothes aren't caked in polish, wax, oily tire shine and typical grungy grime.



We know that MF's react adversely to fabric softener, bleach, etc... (typical garment chemicals) so it is a valid question on how to care for them.



Jeez Patrick, first the sea sponge and now Tide Free! You're really testing me bro!
 
I'm a tide free HD user for cloths. I have an HD washer. Does anyone think that washing with an HD washer is affecting the cleaning of my MF using 'proper' MF cleaners? B/c if is is then I might just start using my tide free HD for my MF instead.

Yes, that washer will lead us into WWIII, you must rid yourself of it immediately. Your MF towels will turn into weapons of mass destruction if washed in that machine, abandon it at all costs.......and forward it to my address.

To be honest, its really hard to tell the 'complete' cleaming abilities of an HD, especially with MF. And its a front loader. I'm always conscience of whether or not I'm loading too much in it.

Sorry ol buddy!!

Ya did counter nicely with the sponge though.....lol. I think we agree on too many things to ever quarrel buddy......lol

The materials MF's are made with are really found in everyday clothes as well........Polyester and polyamide arent really all that "space age".

Im just adding the fact that you shouldnt need any specialty cleaners for them......I prefer just using whats on the shelf, minus any FS. I currently have Charliesoap (which yes, i wash all my families clothes in) or Liquid All concentrate.

I used Charlie Soap as well. We had a few gallons. Outside of using much less detergent for my wash, I noticed no real difference in how clean my clothes got or how they felt coming out of the dryer after using Tide Free.



I use Charlie's APC and really like that. It is good when diluted for car interiors. Very gentle and effective. I use it around the house too.
