Ibiz

Has anyone ever heard of Ibiz car wax? I was at a body shop a couple of days ago and they had a "full service detailing center" So I played dumb and asked what kind of wax they use. They said Ibiz. The guy was nice and brought me over to a car he was doing, and I have to say I was impressed, not so much with the shine, but the car was very, very, very, slick. My hand almost fell off the finish. When I got home I tried to do some research on the product but couldn't find much. Has anyone used this? Let me know.

I would never buy from them simply because their reps are a bunch of cocky know it alls, when in reality they know nothing.

I got into a screaming match with one at the NY International Auto Show last year. My girlfriend had to pull me away. He made an absolute idiot of himself so I didn't let it bother me too much.

Are the products good? I've tried em, not bad, but there are plenty better things out there.

I have used it every now and then, it is not a bad product but there is better. Your right about the slickness but it will only last about a wash or two even with proper surface prep. I used it as a lsp last weekend on my friends 96 town car with 214K and he told me not to use something expensive so I broke it out for the first time in 2 years. Wish I had pics b/c it was not that bad as I said.

I feel the same as this guy. I always say, when you need a microphone & headset to market your product, you're desperate.
