this is my gti 20th anniversary with 21k on it. i decided today that it needed "the works" so i spent much of my day paying attention to all the little things.

engine: nxt wash and simple green, AA to dress

exterior:

nxt wash

megs blue clay

kerosene on small amount of tar

megs hot shine tire dressing

AA in wheel wells

#80 on LC polishing pad at 1400 rpm

glass got eagle one 20/20 inside and out

interior got woolite mix.. please ignore my dusty mat from my foot..and damp spot on my seat

thanks man... it actually was pretty dirty. i washed the wheels yesterday because they dust very badly. the paint needed a good polish and a claying for the bugs up front.
 
Yeah, I'm with Steve. The during photo looked no different to me. I like VWs though, and yours looks like it's in top shape. Now, tint those windows! Is that legal over there?

There was absolutely nothing hardcore about that car before the detail! :up
 
ahah thanks guys... there were a couple things bothering me so i went to town on the car and spent alot of time on it. those wheels need alot of upkeep.



the mirrors are painted gloss black. i think its a retro thing with how the original rabbits used to be.
