I dont know whats up with it. just got it for xmas and it doesnt work. Only Speed 6 will work. it wont turn on unless its on speed 6.

Definitely something not operating correctly. Just take it back? Have the receipt? Hang in there, before long, you'll be posting nice results

To make you feel better:
2 years ago my parents gave me a digital camera. I opened the box and started taking things out. I looked at them and said "There's no camera in here" They were flabergasted. The stupid sales people had given them the empty box from the "floor model" My mom was pissed, but Dad got the camera the next day. Kinda funny though and mom will never live it down LOL.
