First detail...Need Help

Kinda hard to tell, but one/two pics look like there's some cracking going on. I believe no product is going to help ya. Time for a repaint, sorry. Hope someone with more experience than I chimes in.
 
Touch up paint, wet sand lightly & compound, polish then 3M black glaze good for a 30 footer.

The 3M black glaze works real nice in restoring dark color cars.
