If you're considering going pro, be prepared for details like these. If 100,000 details were done in the US last year, about 20% of them looked like this. This is the kind of detail work that the average, non car-enthusiast pays for.
These pictures illustrate the value of soaking floor mats in degreaser, pressure washing them on flat ground, and then hanging them from firm mat clamps. Don't even bother vacuuming them prior to pressure washing--the pressure washer will push out all loose debris, dog hair, etc. Hang for 2 hours, then vacuum the very lower edge dry.
The mats in the after picture are completely dry. We dusted them with a bit of black SEM aerosol carpet dye and they came out great.
