Favorite QD

I really love the old Pinnacle Crystal Mist. Not the new VOC compliant stuff, but the old stuff. I got two 64 ounce bottles on sale for $25 each.

I'm glad I like it as much as I do as I will still be using this stuff years from now ;)

Do you mean PB's S & G? S & W is a waterless wash. S & G is the detailer.

S & G is my favorite. I also use QS. Both are very easy to use, and reasonably priced, and both look very nice. S & G does a nice job of making the car feel slick, and QS doens't seem to help as much in that regard. So, I go with S & G.

One of the earlier posters mentioned that he uses OTC products because he goes through detailers so quick. I can empathize, because I like to use a lot of detailing fluid myself. Both QS and S&G are very economical though, because you can buy them buy the gallon. S&G by the gallon is just as inexpensive as OTC products from Megs and Mothers.

I would say Z-6 is my favorite since I used to use NXT. The first time I use Z-6 it "enhanced" the color of my car. I loved it!

This is my lineup since Jan....

Megs Quik Detail = lube for clay

Megs NXT = QD wheels

Z-6 = Starting lineup for QD my cars paint

Z-8 = after a carwash.

Qd's

Prima slick (best cleaning of any and most slickness)

FK 425

Driven to perfection quick spray concentrate (hand or machine)

ONR (incredibly slick)

Quikshine (must get more)

DP final gloss booster (old stuff)

Jeffs Acrylic glos

1Z Raindance lackfinish

Spray sealants/wax

AW

Prima Hydro

Jeffs AJT

Driven quick spray (you mix it to whatever strength you want)

I've mixed up a double strength version of acrylic glos to make it more slick, closer to jett in protection and be faster to use than jett on it's own as a spray

Within a couple or three wipes, it's done and no streaking

I certainly did like Menzerna's a while back but have moved on.
